There was a time when I was a regular customer of Myntra. Almost all my Kurtis have been bought from this website. It was the time when Myntra was relatively new in the E commerce. However with time the website has seen new lows. The quality of clothes, customer service etc. has deteriorated. I recently ordered three kurtis.The fabric quality was so bad, I could get the same Kurti from a roadside vendor at a cheaper rate. One of the three kurtis was absolutely pathetic. It was far from what was shown in the pictures and hence I decided to return it. I followed all the steps for a return request. The cloth was not used or washed and their delivery boy has picked up the cloth from my residence but I have yet not received the refund( it has been 1 month now) . They are not replying to my message and not responding to my phone call.
I would request you not to fall in their trap. Their claims for instant refund is bogus.
PROS- nothing ( I used to like this site in the beginning though)
CONS- pathetic service, bad quality of clothed, fake deals, do not stick to their claims, no value for your money.
VERDICT- This was a very promising website but in the light of greediness as they are becoming more and more popular their quality is deteriorating.
