I Would love to share my experience with Myntra. Myntra has very good range of Product I personally in love with the myntra.
The only thing about myntra I hate is they give all fake promotion discount offers.
I have noticed during the promotion the price is same as it was prior promotion. just increase the price and give Bigger discount which come to same selling price they use to sell.
If you are not able to give more discount atleast dont fool your customer.
Discount coupon which they give us most of the time they cannot be applied for maximum product.
So Very Bad Marketing technique used by Myntra. Have to work on it.
Coming back to the service part It is excellent no compromise in Delivery of Product.
Even if you applyu for pickup or return it is done on time.
And money is transferd to our account within 10 days.
