I have never ever seen a site like this. I had ordered for a stuff. Got the size not matching me. Called them up and asked for diff size, they told they cant provide me but will take it in return within two days. They didn’t pick back the stuff. I called twice. They told it is escalated.will get in another two days. Didn’t get it. I have been calling them again and again and again. Still calling them.everyday they pick the call tell that it is escalated. No use.
To be frank I have lost more than 500 bugs calling them itself. No wonder they put at the top of their site My Myntra credits (Rs.500). That is the reimbursement for calling them DUDE. Hope they will tell the same tomorrow. It has been escalated!
