Myntra is looting people in the name of online shopping. I ordered a dress, and it was over-sized and defective and also came with no original price tags attached.
I kept on complaining for return or even exchange of the product, and they kept on saying give us 12 hrs and 48 hrs repetitively. It caused me harassment for one whole month and then they simply declined my requests, and said that they can’t return or exchange the product as there are no price tags.
What sort of business is this? there are no quality checks of the product. How can they send a defective, oversized product without tags and then refuse to take the product back due to the same cause?
They robbed me of money for a huge, deformed piece of cloth in the name of a dress. Myntra should be sued.
Worst, terrible experience I ever faced for online shopping. NEVER buy from Myntra.
