Clearly, Myntra is one of the worst online shopping experience Ive ever had. One understands that issues can happen and mistakes are made by humans. But to sit on those idle, refuse to take action and be utterly irresponsible, is just bad management.
We ordered a certain set of products and were delivered a different set of products . That was about 2 weeks back and for last 2 weeks, weve written about 2 dozen emails and may be 20 - 25 phone calls to an STD number(Bangalore - 080) costing us probably hundreds of rupees in just phone calls.
They dont think they made the mistake . they want us to PROVE that weve got wrong products . they would do only return and no replacement . And return can not be organized because E-kart guys are either busy or something! The List GOES ON!
