Myntra is all about selling their products using fake reviews and misleading product info.They provide no aftersale support and they say that it’s not their responsibility if your product is faulty.This is my true experience that I’m sharing with you.
I just ordered Nike zoom peagasus 33 shoes worth rupees 2849, I received them in time but when I opened the package the shoes were completely fake and duplicate. Their finishing was like some 500 rupees shoe and even the nike logo was not perfect.
I called the customer care, told the whole story and they asked me to send the images of the product by mail.I did that and they replied that they sent the original item from their side and now its not their responsibility and won’t take that product in return.
Now i’m completely screwed and I have nowhere else to go.I lost my money into a faulty useless product.So readers I would suggest you to not purchase anything from myntra because they do not care about you, It’s only money that they want.
