Hi, I have purchased a Kurtis for my wife on her birthday and I plan to surprise her but I really faced a bad experience after receiving the materials. I shocked after opening the package it was found damaged very badly. Same time I Shown the dress to delivery executive but he said he is helpless, he cant take it back as he needs instructions from the company. OK than I informed to customer care executive and she replied that she doesnt get any updates as delivered, later after one day again I called and informed them. After a three days they replaced it.
Very bad experience I faced.
