Although the quality of their products are very good but the customer service could be better. The delivery service of Myntra is quite slow. With my last order the date shown was 3 days after but I received my order after 5 days. So Myntra should have to improve their customer service. Myntra offers try and buy offer so that you can try your order at the time of delivery. This option is free for first order but then after you have to pay 100 for this offer which sounds little costly. Although it is reliable and pocket friendly but delivery time must be improved.
