Though Myntra has a wide variety of fashion products available, including a range of sizes, styles, and brands its customer service is not at all good.
I ordered a certain size of trousers and they delivered me the wrong size(not the size I ordered)
What would other platforms do, they would send me the correct size and take back the wrong size.
But Myntra’s support team was not at all helpful, they were asking me to place a refund or get a different product as replacement. Even though I wanted that particular item.
The item price had increased and thus I was not able to place an exchange request from the website/app. The issue was from myntra’s end. I got the wrong size and the support team didn’t help me, at the end I had to refund the product and order a different product.
So be careful, if you get a wrong size from their end, and the price of that item has increased in their platform, you cannot exchange even if its their fault.
