Looking into many negative reviews here and at some other portals, I was vary skeptical of placing an order via Myntra; especially when I considered that for my pin code, COD is not available and I had to pay upfront, but I really needed Nike Air Max Turbulence+ 17 Men’s Running pair of Shoes and they are not available in my small city, Now I found myself in a tug of was whether to buy over myntra or not, so I went through all the reviews again and found one peculiars thing that even though there are complains and perhaps quite a few of them but at the same time for each complain there is a conscious effort from myntra’s part to resolve it, so with heavily pulsating heart, I placed my order with payment via netbanking and to my surprise same day I received the confirmation of dispatch, still when I found that the tracking code was showing no information even after 24 hours; all the negative reviews started to surround me and for a moment I thought that I lost my 4300/- bugs, so I dropped an e mail explaining the situation and within few hours I was updated on that front.
Finally I received my courier after five days and the shoe are exactly the same as shown on their portal, guess what I am on cloud nine as I got the shoe I was desperate for my gym and I will recommend myntra to especially those who are in remote places and cant buy these stuffs on a physical store.
My only suggestion to Myntra will be "please have some provision of online chat at your site as your phone are always engage and it is frustrating up to highest degree to wait for 3-4 min"
