Hello all Today I am going to share my experiences about the indias one of the biggest shopping website myntra I regularly shop some products in that site it isgood but now a days it became not as good as it is in past I recently ordered an bagpack from myntra.com actually I was misplaced the bagpack that means I have put wrong one instead what that I want and I waited my order to be delivered in some days it came after 6 days of placement of my order then again I called them and said I was misplaced my order and wanted to replace it by some other one the reaction from them is actually good somewhat and I waited for them to come and take the one I had and I they took that back in 3 days but they did not get me the another one I wanted even after 5 days I again called them but the response from them is zero and I messaged them through customer contact then they took after it 2 days and called me again and asked me order id and brought me the bag after 3 days actually they did nothing wrong but the reason I am giving them 2 stars is their customer service so nothing wrong other than that from them
