Myntra I had issue with refund I called up customer service to check. Next moment it was in wallet. I had along miscommunication that I didnt got refund. Im using myntra from last 2-3 years Even good expierence are more than bad one. They are maintaining good and giving great offer which im trilled. May be almost 80% I shop through online is from myntra. I love the service but few times they are delay may be due high volume of sales. My expierence with Myntra in terms quailty trust quailty is great. overall my purchase in myntra is more 50k. Im happy with my purchase and material what I took and more that they have return and refund policy actually. Myntra is making my wish and things simpler and value for money virtually. Awaiting for much new things and offers and exited to be part of Myntra.
