Well I myself am a customer of myntra and have purchased many items from them , but the one thing confuses me about the online shpooing center is that sometimes they provide quality products and sometimes the producta just are not durable enough . I am not saying that the products are not authentic but you expect the product to be in a good condition for a specific period of time , but they fail in doing it as they promise . That is a bit tricky .
The customer service ia pretty good the delivery is on time , the returns are easy to make and the return payments are recieved shortly .
The product quality is good in the terms of authenticity but may lack somewhere in durability .
The app and the website is well maintained and the interfase is easy to use and impressive , the app and website is regularly updated .
The site is quite reliable but you need to make worthy decision before taking upon a purchase .
