The day Myntra was bought by Flipkart,
it got worst.
Service & Customer Support is ok.
but the website & app are the pathetic compared
to jabong.
this company forced users to use the app & closed their website. from that day onwards I never ordered from myntra.
no website only app, what a one sided decision like partiallity between poor & their high class rich customers.
I believe myntra has a huge customers like celebrities & their family members orderding from myntra hence they never want any other middle class or other ungeeky adults to buy from this useless website. hence they switched to only app.
OK. NOW COMING TO APP REVIEW:
bhai kiss ghade se website banwai hai. server times out. app crashes. images take hours to load up even on a 10mb connection. wow, so many complains company is never serious.
where I switched to Jabong. Simply awesome Super User friendly & super responsive website as well as their app. Myntra can’t even compete them in way of app & websites designed by Jabong.
