Myntra, an Indian e-commerce market, headquartered in Bangalore is one of the biggest online clothing website in India.
I have been ordering clothes from myntra recently and I must say I am quite happy with the products they are delivering.
The quality of products are quite good. The pictures of the apprarel which are being uploaded in the website are exactly similar after delivery. No huge difference one can find. One of the good features of myntra is the description they provide on each clothes, which includes the material(fabric), colour, type of wash, type of design, fit, etc. which helps the buyer to decide accordingly. To enhance the search more accurately filters are also provided, filters like gender, fit, colour, price range, design, measurements, etc. The website is well-built. Easy to access. We can also download the myntra app, to get more facilities like added discounts.
Deliveries of the products are within the given expected time. I haven’t felt any delay till now. It’s on time.
And I have no complaints about the customer service, whatsoever. Once I had to return an item due to ill-fitting, and had no issues with the money which I already paid. I got the amount transferred on my bank account, as they promised, after they got back their package. So it is also very reliable. No need of worrying about the returning policy.
One of the best features of myntra now a days, they offers try and buy system. We can order the products at home, allowed to give a trial while the delivery person will be waiting outside, and if we are satisfied with it, then we can keep it otherwise we can put forward the item/items to the delivery person.
Myntra also have a huge collection of brands, which are not easily found in most of the malls. It is a good platform to go through huge number of brands for both men and women. The price is also reasonable comparing to the malls and also provides good added discounts on such brands.
Brands like Adidas, Wrogn, Puma, Zima Leto, Orange, Nike, Jack n Jones, Ed Hardy, Fila, Highlander, Athena, etc.
