Myntra is an ecommerce site which numerous and millions of products. But I would like to tell all my reader that this Ecommerce platform is 0 in providing support to the customers. First of all they reply to the emails in 2-4 days and they are so trained that after the conversation they are taught to say to the customers that,


Sorry! Sir I cannot do anything from my end. But your request is been forwarded to the concern team. You will be contacted shortly.


These lines are been memorise to them very well. They also deliver wrong product to the customers and ask 10 to 15 times of the wrongly product images to confirm that yes the customers has got the wrong product and not right and the customer is not even lieing too.


I dont understand when the previous email of the user is in your system then why the hell you are asking the same thing all over again.


I woukd personally give 0 out of 10 in providing support to the customers.
