Subject: Replacement Or refund needed - Order (7969569). Here I want to share my first bad experience with Myntra.
My purse inner material stitches unsealed now bcz of poor quality, it should not happened after purchased from one of the trusted website. I have ordered handbag this was not the first time I made purchased from Myntra. I have been regularly buying from you and I am happy with it.
However, as I told ur representative Karishma that I had received poor quality purse this time. I must say that the packing was gud also the product outside quality was up to the mark but the product inside gave me a shock. I have started using ur delivered product from last 2-3 days and today when I opened it the inside material of cotton cloth was not even stitches properly that is why I faced the problem with quality inside the material. As I had word with Ms.Karishma here, I am sending you the snap shots of my poor quality purse. Now I want to get replacement as I really in need of this product or refund if u could not fulfill my require with proper quality for what I have paid advanced. After I had word with Karishma I have stopped using this product. This is not the matter of money but this is the matter of trust and satisfaction of ur customer.
Now it is up to you to reply or not to leave alone and take some constructive action or rectification. Hope for the positive revert with some strong action.
