First of all they( mantra) give us low quality product by showing wrong images then they delay the return by 10-15 days which is unacceptable that too by saying that you had a sale. If this is the reason then they shouldn’t be conducting any sales as I as a customer am not concerned with the sales u conduct, I just want my product to be delivered and returned on time irrespectable of their sale. Extremely unacceptable behaviour. I have deleted the Myntra app and will never order anything from their site.
I’ll never ever buy any product from Myntra again.They have the worst customer service.If I can’t pay with the card then why they have the card option, and if you pay with cash also they don’t have change I mean what the hell.And the product was way different then they are showing in the picture.So you suck Myntra.
