Very sad to write that delivery system of myntra is very harassing. Earlier it used to be the best in the industry but now you take almost 15 days to deliver a product from gurgaon warehouse to guwahati city. I have been calling continuously to your helplines for past 15 days but no heed been taken. u have every time breached promise dates and also you provide promise dates of 9-11 days from date of order.thats a shame in this highly competitive market when all others could deliver within 3-4 days. my order ids:21738404, 21490805 none of which got delivered on time and I had to cancel it because another webiste shipped me similar products in three days.
My latest order is:22334395 which I ordered on 31st October but the status never changed since 31st october. I mean come on after 5 days also you could ship my product to guwahati which is the easiest accessible route from Delhi or any other metro. Also your customer care executives does not seem user friendly and just repeating the same thing of promise date. Lets face a realistic thing that it does not take 9-11 days to deliver a product and that too by an air courier. Somewhere something is definitely not right in your services. and its high time that you look into it and get my product delivered . I guess its the last time I have ordered from Myntra and would also advise others in guwahati not to.
Also your local delivery guys take 2-3 days to deliver after the product has reached guwahati. I mean c’mon guwahati is a small place. This wont do. Start using a third party logistics here in guwahati because myntra logistics is a sham here. too slow in this fast moving world.
