I was recently trying to purchase some clothes from myntra.com on 24th nov, money got deducted but I got a msg saying ur payment dint get through. I sent them umptenn mails but they wudn reply. then I had to call them worst part they dont even have a toll free number! I was asked to wait 48 hrs I waited and they said they dint get my money, but they asked if they shud inititae a refund process.now somebody pls tell me how they can initiate a refund if they havent got the money I was told it wil take 3 days ro intiate it and and then 7 to 10 days for it to fet reflected into my account.
I waited for 20 days and on dec 12 I contacted them and their customer care executive outright said they never got any money from my side. wtf then what had they intitiated and why the hell was I asked to wait. they take ages to reply to ur mails or they dont reply also. they said they have attached the screen shot of transaction but it wasnt there, rhey asked me to send my bank account transaction details til dec 13th I sent tat also. and again same story we have not got your money. then where did the money go?ive decided to drag them to court.never ever buy from myntra they r frauds.they ll eat up ur money and say we never got a penny. shame shame myntra
