A recent incident that happened right in front of me made me realize how Myntra has been dealing with customer complaints.
If you get what you have ordered for at a fair price and before promised time there is nothing much to talk about. But in case you receive a wrong product or a poor quality product then what matters is how the e-commerce site deals with the issue and resolves it. My friend has ordered a pair of shoes and an empty packet was received by her. She was shocked and immediately called up to file a complaint. The people did not respond well and she mailed them the issue in detail.
After a number of calls and mails finally they replied that they have sent the correct product and that they are not at fault. I was an eye witness to all this unfair game of Myntra. Her claim was bluntly rejected with out showing proper reasons and proofs. So friends it may happen with you too one day so be careful.
