I use to do regular shopping from myntra because obits good service and genuine products.
But now myntra is not the same, they har started cheating customers, I received a defective product ( jeans) , when I returned the product I didn’t receive any response then I had to call up there chargeable number and did follow up to get my amount back.
Again in next incident when I placed order for a watch which is exclusive on myntra you can’t believe I received an empty box. When I reported this they never even bother to response properly. Even after regular follow up through mail, call, tweeter, etc, the result is nothing and finally they said I am lying, totally disgusting l was just fooled for being there customer.
I still have little amount in my myntra account but stopped shopping there. I left it like donation ( bheek) for them.
My suggestion is never buy anything from myntra. Instead you have many other online aaps which are so far good.
