Ordered a product on myntra on 27/11/2018 and made the payment instantly. The product was in my city and was ready to deliver on 02/12/2018. The delivery bioy named AKASH PUJARI didn’t make any call regarding the delivery purpose. Inspite of this I made the call and he didn’t receive. The next day I again called him but again he didn’t receive the call. Today on 04/12/2018 I received the message that my product is going to be delivered in 15 minutes but eventually it didn’t. Then I called the delivery boy AKASH PUJARI again and he received the call and said "I was near your area but your phone didn’t connect." Then I asked him where are you and are you going to deliver my product then he said "Right now I am in different area and I am not delivering your product anyway and if you wish to complaint you can book complaint and do whatever you want. " then I thought of complaining to myntra customer care executive but they have made a great set up to escape the customer situation. Firstly, they don’t have direct call connection. When you call from yourside it says press certain buttons to connect to the customer care executive. When you presss the button to connect the customer care I doesn’t get connected even after you press 3-4 times. I tried to connect multiple time but no success.(Great achivers, you have to be lucky to get connected to the customer care Champions). Secondly, the setup which says Myntra will connect you. when you press the it says " All our champions are busy" please try again sometimes later. At the end of the day their CHAMPIONS are so busy that a single customer is not attended for few minutes. Myntra your delivery guy is very rude to speak, I spoke to him very softly but he was very rude. I dont know why you recruit this type of delivery agents. I was very frustrated when He said " Book a complaint if you wish to." Myntra very worst experience of your service. I have purchased so many things from Myntra But sorry I am not going to purchase unless I am treated as customer. We really work hard day and night to pay for the purchased product and not for experiencing this kind of service. Its my frustration which brought me here.
