I am really upset with your this type of poor service and going forward I might not visit your site or recommend myntra to anybody else. I can’t never expect this type of customer support from my favorite online site. I order garment which was unfortunately a defective piece. When I am trying to return it then customer service is showing the list interest to help me out.
They are asking for photos multiple times even after sending the correct set of photos.Every day I am doing multiple escalations but no help. I am paying for the product, getting a defective piece and again I am taking the pain to get it returned. And when taking all the pain I am calling your support every time the response is coming we are looking in to it. Very bad service. Not expected from Myntra.
