Myntra.com is more for female audience. The best part about myntra is their presentation of collection, I would say one of the best design & presentation along with Jabong in eCommerce industry. My wife surfed this website on weekends with me, their products looks good to me, so I can say it can attract female audience a lot. Their return & pickup delivery is also very cool.
However, from last few weeks, I have a complained with Myntra.com, I am not able to understand why they have switched to mobile app only, I am sure they are loosing lots of customer just because of that, infact, now my wife interest have decreased a lot while surfing on mobile, she is switching to jabong. I think this could be drawback to them & I would urge them to switch back to desktop, if they don’t want to loose their loyal customer. This is the only reason I am going to give them an good rating instead of excellent.
