I ordered 3t- shirts on 20/06/2019. In which I only received 2 of the t-shirts on 24/06/2019. The thirdt-shirt was missing. I called up on Myntra customer number and filedcomplaint regarding the same. The person who was handling my call took some interest in my problem and helped me out in filing the complaint regarding the incident. He provided me assurance of resolving the issue by 27/06/2019.But unfortunately I kept waiting till 29/06/2019 and there was still no response from their side. So I again called up the customer care number and I had talk with Mr. Atul he again explained me his own long story and apologize me for inconvenience and asked me to wait till 30/06/2019 to resolve the issue and provide me assistance. So I again waited tilltoday01/07/2019 and still no response from their end. So I again decided to call them. This timeMr.Anuragreceived my call he again started with all apologize and told me to be on hold till the time he will resolve my problem now on immediate basis so he put my call on hold and after that the call get disconnected. I thought that might be a connection error. So I called up once again to Myntra customer care this time a lady Ms. Kanika picked up my call and just after 2 minutes she disconnected the call. So the Moral of the story is that after paying the whole amount you need to become beggars to ask for what you have paid for and they dont give a damn . So guys please be advised of better customer service experience as this I never expected from such a good organisation.
