Attention guys! Please beware of this I had ordered a bag which turned out of much smaller size than I could use it I put a request for return on 27th December 2017 and it’s 11 Jan 2018 and the product is still with me. when I call the respective person who should pick the product from my address which was clearly mentioned in the order details, he says he’ll come in the evening and when I call him in the evening, he says that there’s no pick up order for the product. I to customer care several times and even they have talked to the respective person and he complained about me that I don’t receive his calls whenever he calls me but it’s the other way around. I’m attaching my call log with this post and even there’s security camera in front of my house and there’s no sign of him around my house. Please look into this as soon as possible or I’ll have to take my own action. I won’t bother to spend as much money as it’ll require teaching these frauds a lesson. I wasn’t expecting this from myntra.
