My order number 1115353-8917596-3790101 dated 19th July 2019 for set of 3 Force Nxt -size M was received on 21th July and I found that out of three one was of different size though outside packing shows M, the item inside was L. I raised ticket with them, and they also picked up the return item along with original box, packing material, tag, invoice etc.
When I did not receive the refund or replacement for two weeks, I followed up with them and they told me that the item has failed quality check and refund is on hold.
I received the item back now(after 25 days) but came without any box, tag or invoice. When I called them now to find out the reason, they said that the item received without box and original packing hence not accepted for returns hence they shipped it back.
I am not sure how should I react for this. I can only label them as looters and cheaters. All be aware about their unethical business practice with no customer support.
