I am a regular online buyer, have bought a number of products from Myntra especially shoes and apparels. I am very much satisfied with the products they offered. Many a times there was a issue with the shipments but I remain satisfied due to their attentive and fine after sales service. In fact I am sure about it that in this online shopping world I think Myntra is the only virtual shop that offers such type of service and treatment to its customers. They are seriously great in terms of both products and service.
Since it has been overtaken by the flipkart, and running it out only though app is the big change for its customers. Now its too tough to select any item as images are quiet smaller than what they appears on web-computer. Don’t know what is the strategy behind all these but one thing is sure that they only want a to allure its mobile customers than web. However, web based computer platform is far better and comfortable for customers to make them understand and experience the product. On contrast its too tough to understand the same product on 4 or 5 inch small screen. Many a places, which is also proven, Bigger is Better.
