I bought a trouser from MYNTRA app and the size of the product was 34" and the color of the product was light blue got the delivery after 4 days.
Yes, the delivery process of the myntra is really smooth and fast, I appreciate the efforts.
But after getting my product, I was not happy with the quality of the product, so I tried to place a return request to the myntra app and successfully placed it.
App is very great and very simple to use for the customers.
After one day the delivery boy came to me and I gave him the trouser and the packet of it. But he was like saying that this packet is not from the myntra and just before some days Myntra changed their packaging manner and the design of their bag.
But the delivery boy was not ready to understand the concern and after that he did not accept the return of the product as I was 101% genuine customer of Myntra.
So, I request them to make their delivery partner better and they also should provided the good quality of cloths.
If first I got the good product then I need not to place a return request and the all concern did not took place.
So, I also request them to provided better product as the customer is paying for that you are not providing the product free of cost.
