I ordered a bag from Myntra on 22nd July, I live in Kochi. I was amused to see the order being tracked down it instantly reached Kochi from Bangalore on 24th July
I thought it would arrive today ..
But unfortunately it hasn’t arrived till 30th July...even though the promised date is 4th august but think of it guys you order from a shopping site and wait for days.
Then whats the reason people call it delivery friendly and blah blah and one customer care executive told me that we have back end issues related to delivery and all
Well what should a customer do if they have back-end issues, they even told me that due to bad weather conditions they cancelled the delivery that day...
Admitted it but during the next 4 days the weather was dry and hot. They blame the weather? The product was not delivered even for the next 5 days.
Trust me it was my first experience, maybe the last on...so if you order from Myntra wait for days and days .. finally u call the customer care and somebody on the other side will make lame reasons.
