I am an avid online shopper and had a really bad experience from Myntra. I have purchased a Reebok T shirt from the site which got delivered at 5PM on 25/11/2016 and seeing that it is too large a size I immediately placed a return request at 6.41 PM the same day( Waited for the delivery to be updated in site). I have sent back the product the very next day at 10.29 AM. I waited for the refund for 2 days after they received the product back at their warehouse and I got a mail today that the product is smelling badly, something I tried for only seconds and rejected my Refund. I have send them all the evidence and still no reply. They could plainly refuse a refund saying that it doesnt smell roses. Am I the first customer they are sending the same product? Or their olfactory senses so superior to mine? I dont know. I checked about this on Google and found similar incidents at Myntra. Myntra used to be good but not going to take another risk of buying from them.
