I am writing this review with mixed feelings! It is not fair to judge someone with one experience but my communication with Myntra has been going on for some time, so thought of sharing it with others.
I am a person who buy things online these days because I can avoid taking my kids (who are a bit naughty and mischivious) to shop. I purchased a UCB Tee from Myntra. I must tell you, it is not the first time I am buying something from Myntra. And I never had any bad experience before. But with this Tee, it was not the case.

I purchased this product on 6th May and it was just 3-4 days later the product got delivered. My husband kept that intact in his closet for quite some time waiting for a perfect occasion (he never used to be so!) At last he used that and when he went out his friends told him, "it doesnt look new!!! seems like old cloth!!!"
Later, after the first wash, I could also see the difference. The dress looks so OLD that it could not be used. Initially I was reluctant to mail this to MYNTRA as it is used once. Then later I thought to inform them so sent a feedback mail on June 30th. They responded asking to send snaps of the tee.
I did the same and the details have been sent to returns department. They are asking me 2 business days everytime and have not taken any decision after these many days. Will see where it takes.

I got a response from MYNTRA saying that the product doesnt look faded even after the first wash. I never ever meant that it got faded. The piece of cloth is looking WORN even after the first use and it was clear in the picture too! If I was not clear to them they could have called me and cleared the air. They never ever did that. I do not want the product to be exchanged anymore and Im not going to buy anything from there. You should not be given lame excuses and that is one thing I hate very much!!!!
So here come a completely dissatisfied buyer who has been a customer of Myntra for more than a year!!!!

Last week, I got mail from MYNTRA saying the product still looks good and the company has rejected the returns. When mailed I am completely dissatisfied with their support, they claim to forward the return request again and this time it got rejected saying "the return period is over". If I had purchased it from store, I could have got 1 year warranty on the product. Now I have decided to buy from stores, which is reliable than the so called "ONLINE STORES".
