Today I am going to review a traveling online platform which is offering tours service all over India. We also thought to give it a try after our marriage. We decided to go to Kerala as a honeymoon destination. So we called them, they told us to check their plans on their website and then get in touch with us as they have a number of plans. So we searched for their website. The experience of searching the information on the website was very bad I don’t want to do that again. Somehow I managed to get a perfect plan for our honeymoon. Now comes the big trouble on the date of our travel the train from which we have booked the ticket go delayed by few hours. When the train comes we settled ourselves and started moving towards our destination. After reaching their the hotel people started telling us that they don’t have a room booked for us as they have no information about our arrival. I felt very bad and called these people and then after a long discussion they agreed to give us room which was not at all for which we paid. It was a pathetic room it was smelling very bad but we have manage as it was night time when we reached at hotel. Overall experience was bad hence I am not recommending this website for anyone.
