I have subscribed to free services of this site. They boast of giving exposure to bands. I had 5 songs loaded and wanted to go big by loading professional recordings. The page has not been loading well so I complained to them. But they sent me a mail that my account has been deleted without assigning any specific reason. The account is
still working slow so I doubt the mailing address to which I sent. Their system doesn’t have a specific common sense. I have always entered correct DOB still it displays my age as 14 or 104.
The customer care link is impossible to locate on site. I would definitely load my songs on any Indian site like mouthshut. They have some problem in the new player which cannot be loaded 90% of time. I have seen that
only paid and advertised profiles are given attention and it discourages new and amateur musicians.
There is a thorough mismanagement in their working. Tom is a friendly chap but there is a bee under his bonnet to be figured out.
Let’s wait and see their further response.
