I am a premium customer of vodafone premium process with titanium batch
I m using the post paid connection and having a plan of red 499 unlimited
The plan is having many gud offer like unlimited calling loc and std both but gives only 5 gb data but still I got 10 gb every month free
This 10 gb was activated from this app which is a welcome offer and gives 4g speed
But nowadays there is so much network fluctuations in vodafone I don’t know because of wheather but its really fluctuating from one speed to another like from 4g to 3g and to 2g also thats why speed gets slow many time which makes me very annoying
I made a complaint but didn’t get resolution till the date
But if I speek about this app it works smoothly all the details I want regarding my account I get every detail
Vodafone red has many different plans like 699 and 999 in which we can get national roaming free outgoing and incoming both
Thats a plus point of vodafone
Whenever I call to the vodafone call center they speak so politely and humble way which makes me feel good last time
I give 10 on A.S.A.T to the agent who talk to me
Company care about customer experience but still need some more strength in network yes they need.!
