All the staff are like zombie. All are desperately trying to keep a straight face , and not to smile . Never seen anyone smile in so many years of my various visits .
Also noticed the staff who collect blood samples keep changing every visit . Wonder why such a frequent large turnover of staff . The management should have noticed I hope.
