Naaptol is the worst online shopping website in India.They give advertisements on products in the television in order to fool us and make money.The products aee of low quality, cheao and non beanded.They make deals with these cheap bad quality product selling companies and loot us.
I am going to describe my experience on shopping on naaptol.com.Many times I have been cheated and decieved by this online shopping site.The are fraud and sell low quality products .The first and foremost problem with them is the shipping cahrges.The shipping charges are so high that you cant imagine.Sometimes the shipping charges are more than the actual cost of the product.once I ordered a product feom this site whose shipping charge was Rs.400.They falsely adertise products on the telivison and when you order them them the prices increase by 10% when the shipping cahrge is added.
Next comes the product quality.Oh my god, the product quality is so wirse.And even when the delivery boy is asked to cancel the delivery, the delivery boy refuses to do so saying that the irderd lroducts cant be cancelled.The packaging of the products are so bad that the products get damged in the shipping.Sometimes there is no bubble wrap protecting the products.
Using naaptol for shopping is botha waste of your money and your time.Be aware they are doing business by selling low quality products and people by seeing the ads on the televisions are getting folled by them.The actual price of the product is one and for buying it you have to pay another price qhich is much more than what is advertised in the television.They are just making money by fooling us.
I have faced many issues with the returning if the items also.The customer service is very poor as one should say.I have tried many times to recah the executive caller to get my problem solved but I have failed to reach the person many times.This is very disappointing.
I sould advice everyone of you to stay away feom this website and telk this to as many people as you can.
I would certainly not recommend this to everyone.The app layout is not so good.
