First of all I like online shopping very much. I have shopped from many sites, and Naaptol is one of them. I feel really bad to say that Naaptol is not a good shopping site. The problem is that the product is not like that as they describe or show on the Television. They show very nice and different types of products, but the the quality of product is not like that as they show. They give very nice discount on every product. They give very good description of every product. In short there advertising section is very good. But I think naaptol should concentrate on their products quality. There delivery is good, but if we have to exchange our product they give many excuses. Many of my friends have also shopped from this site, but they too are unhappy from naaptol. I have purchased many items from this site, but I got some products very bad, one of them was intex mobile, for which I was very disappointed. I should say their service is not at all good. Thus my online experience from this site was very bad.
