Bad experience

There are many channels that show ad.from naptol, I recently liked a saree ad. I ordered a saree nearly a month ago. I decided to ordered it from their website but when I logged in I was not happy with their user interface. It was not very easy to use. It takes a long time loading, when I click on any product. The filter options are very broad.


Since the offer was good enough, I ordered it more than five days to be delivered. When I received the product it was a little darker in colour, so I decided to return it as it was not as exp expected. I sent a request, it took me nearly two weeks to get a proper refund in my account. I m not happy with this experience.
