I have ordered a ear phone in Naaptol portal. The portal said the payment wasn’t successful, but the amount was debited from my account.

After MANY followups, after a month also, I didn’t get my money back. Whenever I call them, they simply say, wait for 48hrs.

GOD knows when they will credit my money back. They have done a pure robbery.
