The E-Com sites are nowdays increasing in india and the people are also preferring these online sites for shopping. But there are very few sites which are genuine and provide quality products to their customers.
But some sites are not so bad that they only want to sell their product no matter how the qualityof the product is, they just dont care about it .
And one of such sites is Naaptol.
Quality of product:
They just provide the worst quality of products to the customers. The quality, colour, size, visual appearence which we see on the site is totally different from the product which we recieve. The product I ordered came out to be a very cheap quality product and was looking as a used product.
Return and Replacement are poorest:
If you want to replace your item or refund your money back then Naaptol does not do it for you easily. They make excuses for not accepting the item back. The return and replacement of Naaptol is not at all promisable.
Products are not genuine:
I always heard from people that the products from Naaptol are not at all genuine. I myself had experienced this problem . The overall fit and finish of the product was very degraded and low class.
I do not reccomend Naaptol to any one because you will not get the thing for which you will pay for. You will feel cheated.
