Naaptol is the worst online shopping site with disgusting customer service. A bunch of frauds, useless people working there who speaks nonsense and tells lie even the higher management officers and supervisors.
I bought one Sony Photo frame and made the payment online.
The product did not come to me at all and every time I call them, they say the same thing over and over again that you will get it within 3-4 days which never ends. I complaint atleast 20 times but no action. No records, every time I complain and they throw it into the trash.
Do not ever do shopping from naaptol, you will suffer.
