Whenever I turn on my television the first channel which appears is Naaptol, I ordered car washing kit it took around five working days to reach me I paid the cash at the time of delivery. The shipping charges are very high compare to other shopping sites. Afterwards I got to know that I have paid much more for this product but the product was useful for me. Then after some months I ordered jeans pant and one low range smartphone for me when I received those items I found that the quality of the jeans pant was very bad I got to know this after first wash. And In the very first day I realised the smartphone was not that great in that price range so I decided to return the phone.
Don’t expect good return policy from them they refused to return my phone and it is still kept in my home like a waste no one in my home uses it. If you purchase anything from here that means you have forgot that there is return policy. There customer care number is not toll free it will charge you a lot, they brainwash customer minds and they sell the products at a very high rate compare to other TV shopping channels and the quality also not up to the mark. Please don’t listen to their product advertisement blindly just think twice before ordering something from here.
