Another mischief by Naaptol.com

I have placed another online order on18-10-2012 for Intex Sense Mobile vide Order ID: 5280526 after confirming the availability of Phone from their customer call center. However, I must say that Naaptol.com is a sick shopping site and their back end vendors are also poor and worth nothing. Although, I got a parcel within 7 days from their vendor namely "Infiglobal.com".


However, I was a different phone than what has been order and accordingly the product was return to naaptol.com on on 06-11-2012 through Blue Dart AWB NO. 60148551982, Till then their vendor neither arranged for my ordered product nor has been able to refund my ampunt of Rs. 2775.00 though the last date for paying my Credit Card Bill is 10-12-2012 and the non-payments of Bill means penalty of 14.5% service charges.


In spite of my repeated conversation with one of the senior official of Naaptol and parallel communication with their vendor -infiglobal.com, I have still to receive my refund. Meanwhile I have taken the issue with legal authorities in J&K and expect that their operations are permanently banned in my State.
