Poor quality of Mobile phone delivered

I ordered blackberry storm 9530 with 3G on 11/Dec/2011 with order number 2996035 and received the same on 18th Dec 2011. I paid Rs. 9800 to the courier Guy but when I opened the mobile phone , there was no seal on the box i.e. mobile delievred in a very Bad condition. Moreover touch screen not working in that mobile , I made a call to the consumer care executive and registered a complaint with request number - 2155774 but no positive respond from their side.


After that I again made a phone call to the customer care number 09223516148 but no response to take back the mobile or refund the money from their side.


Its my humble request not to take any material from Naaptol Site. They make people fool by sending the faulty material at consumer end.
