I was being frauded by the app as I want to purchase some various items so I was just checking out various different online shopping app so to get the best and the cheapest deal.
Suddenly I comes up and open the website of Naaptol.com portal from my mobile and on using it for a while I got my product which I particularly liked too much but that product was pretty much expensive as compared to the other available but I still give it a try when I recieved the product I was shocked that the bag in which the delievery boy said the product was there was torn and nothing was there in the bag.
So I immediately contacted the customer care number portal where he listens my complaint and told me my product which wasn’t there in the to be given to the delievery boy which I did the same.
So guys be a bit cautious while shopping on the app
