I purchased a Wespro Digital Camcorder(5 MP) last week and got the delivery in 5 working days.I was surprised to see such an amazing support. Now the real story starts. I open the camera and find out that there are no batteries / No Charger and I say to myself(It’s okay, may be I didn’t read the fineprint that it works on AAA batteries which are not included in the kit).
I then buy the AAA batteries and 4 GB SD Memory card. I start the camera and get zapped with the mind blowing performance of the camera. Guess what, 5 MP is less than 1 MP.I try all sort of settings but still nogo. I called up Naptol.com who ask me to speak with Wespro and deny to even give me their Customer Support No.
The camera is not even 24 hours old and I need Wespro Customer Support. I call them up and ask them to replace the camera and they deny to do the same. They claim there is no issue with the camera. My 7 year old daughter also has a mobile which is better in Quality.
I feel cheated by Naptol.com by giving out great deals in Times of India. I would never recommend Naptol.com for any Electronic purchase. Also, I had been promised that I’ll get a wrist watch free as I had made the booking using a credit card, which has still not reached.
