Viewers please don’t shop from this site ever . once I saw an ad of Naaptol on newspaper selling tablet at 5k offering great deals and warranty of 2 years .Tablet was of some Wespro company and the offer was so tempting that I ordered it . First of all their delivery service is so bad, i got the tablet 2 weeks later I ordered in spite of being in a city like Kolkata I expected it to be arrived sooner .
Secondly when the product came, the packing was so bad, thirdly, when I opened the tablet and read the booklet and features and as it was mentioned about the touch screen to be so good and smooth but it did not fit my expectation level . Also they bragged about the connectivity features to be very friendly with any data service but it did not supported any data connectivity .
For this tablet, I spent lots of bucks particularly for data connection I bought a tata photon prepaid dongle which did not worked . then I bought mts mblaze dongle which did not work either and I also tried the hotspot tethering connectivity of vodaphone, docomo and idea services but none of the services worked on it . Later I got frustrated and called up the naaptop customer care service to return this product to which they refused to take it back .And when I asked them about the connectivity problem to which they said only reliance will work on it and that too some specific post paid pack only . And I always prefer prepaid pack because I travel a lot . So basically this tablet was a waste for me . This site is actually a fraud, wasted my money and time .
so guys it’s a heartiest request if you want to buy something good and worthy specially when it comes to purchasing gadgets then please go for some other sites but not this .
