Hi friends I would like to share my experience with Naaptol it is all about when I purchase a roti maker from them and then when I received it I found that it is not a new product someone has already returned it to them as all the flour is stuck on the roti maker I found that it is already been used by someone and they have returned it. In spite of that I tried to use it thinking that if I am able to use the product and it is useful for me then I will continue using it later on and I found that it is not good at all for making roti because the product is not working as it is shown on the television as you wont be able to get the Roti cooked as it should be. So I call the customer service people and explain them about the fact that they have send me the product which is already returned by any other customer the customer service people they started giving me wrong information and started abusing me and started speaking very rudely to me I tried to be as calm as I can and then at the end of the conversation I have to be rude to them and then I said that I will be claiming this in the consumer court at the end they started accepting my request and they said that I will not be able to get the product back to them and I will have to courier it to them and then they will be sending me a check which will be after like around 50 days so it is like after wearing for many days I got my money back After sending the product back to them so it does not make any sense youre buying things online and not getting the customer support at all.
Well this was my personal experience with them I would never suggest any one to go with Naaptol thank you
